Dear all members,
If the bottom cover of your Xperia S is dirty or broken, you can simply replace it yourself but you have to purchase the replacement cover online first from the below site :
China TaoBao Site : Sony LT26i Bottom Cover
It should cost you below $20 (Exact amount depend on exchange rate and shipping cost)
To replace the bottom cover you have to follow these steps:
1. Pull the bottom cover a bit so that there is a little gap between the transparent strip and the cover.
2. Unlock the clips with your fingernails or a guiter pick.. Try to keep pulling the cover while you do this
3. Go all the way around until all the clips are unlocked.. Start at front left or right side
4. The replacement cover can be simply attached by pushing it over the naked end of the phone
